Bagged a bargain!

Traded in my Audi A3 for a better-than-market price and got a Q5 - Great service from start to finish. Got in touch on Monday and had the vehicle by Wednesday. Kian helped me through the whole process and I couldn't praise him more, any questions or queries any time of the day he had answers. When I was due callbacks etc they were all done on time. Omar was great also and the brief conversation with Ibrahim was great. The whole team was an amazing young and talented salesman. I will be back when needing to change my car again. Very quick service. Such a friendly group of a young talented salesman. Keep up the good work and see you in about 3yrs Melissa : )

Honest, transparent and good value for money

Honest and transparent. Good quality cars. Other dealers in this market seem to acquire cars at auction and flip them without ensuring quality and conceal known issues. Any question was answered, no pushy sales, and realistic pricing. I drove 60 miles to view a 3 series and bought it after inspection and test drive. After a small deposit, it was delivered to me later in the evening. After inspection, I paid for the car in full by debit card. The car was cleaned and shiny. 6 months premium warranty and 12 months AA cover. Would buy from them again.

Great company
